Application Process
Stage One
When you reach the online application process, you'll first need to carry out a situational judgement test. You'll be presented with a variety of realistic situations that you may face as an Analyst at Accenture. Each dilemma is accompanied by a number of different responses and you must select what you believe to be the most effective response. The test has been designed to measure a set of behaviours that are critical in order to succeed as an Analyst at Accenture. After this you will need to fill in the application form, where you'll give us details of your experience and education, and attach your CV.
Stage Two
We will conduct a 45-minute interview with you, covering your understanding of our business, the core competencies required to be a successful analyst and a mini case study.
Stage Three
The assessment centre, where you’ll take part in a case study, a group exercise, an in-tray exercise and a final 1:1 interview.
It will normally take 15 - 20 working days for us to get back to you at every stage. You can apply all year round and we have different start dates throughout the year.
To ensure that our application procedure is reliable and fair to everyone, we follow a clearly defined process. You’ll find all the details, and lots of helpful hints, under the following headings:
