Assessment Centre
Your second stage interview
From here on in, the challenge is greater and the stakes are higher. Succeed here, and you will be offered a place at Accenture. Typically, eight candidates attend each assessment, which consists of four assessed and two non-assessed parts.
The Assessment Centre consists of half a day at our London office taking part in an assessed case study, group exercise, in-tray written exercise and final interview. There will also be a non-assessed presentation from a manager and a question and answer session with a current Analyst.
Assessment Centre Assessed Elements
One-to-one case study
You will be given some information on a company’s business and technology issues or problems.
You will then discuss the case study issues and their possible solutions with your interviewer in a role-play scenario.
Case study example and sample answers
Group exercise
A group task focusing on practical thinking, planning and teamwork.
In-Tray exercise
You will be given a range of information including memos, graphs and tables to assess your organisation and prioritisation skills as well as your attention to detail.

Final one-to-one interview
This will focus on key competencies, your career focus and your understanding of our business.
You will be interviewed either by a Consulting Manager in the business or a member of Graduate Recruiting. This is your final opportunity to get to know us and decide if we are the company for you. And it’s our final chance to decide if you are the sort of person we are looking for. So make the most of the opportunities available to you to ask questions and find out more about us.
Non-assessed
Manager presentation and Analyst Q&A Session
This is your chance to meet Accenture people and learn more about what it is really like to work for Accenture. It’s also your chance to ask any questions you may have about the company.
