A mere 2% drop in body water can potentially trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or printed page.

Looking after your diet.

The brain is the greediest organ in the body and therefore it’s important to look after its needs.  A good balanced diet is as important for your mind as it is for your body.

The importance of a good night’s sleep.

Sleep deprivation can significantly affect your performance, whereas quality sleep helps to rejuvenate and recharge the mind and improve your short and long-term mental abilities.

The mind is like a muscle.  It needs regular exercise to keep it nimble and focused.  Keep pushing yourself to learn and experience new things.
