Meet the Graduate Recruiting Team

Daniel Mullender  Daniel — I am the Graduate Recruitment Lead for Australia which means I work with a dedicated team attracting the best and brightest graduates for roles in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Canberra.
A typical day will see me jumping on to calls with my colleagues across the region to discuss recruitment challenges and possible strategies to overcome those challenges. I then might spend some time contacting candidates and Managers to set up and coordinate interviews. A lot of my time is spent dealing with the various Senior Executives across the organisation to find out their graduate recruitment needs and to check on the skills required. Got a question? Post it up on our Facebook page

Adele Charlton  Adele — I’ve spent the past four years in the graduate industry. My previous role was managing the IT Graduate Program for one of the ‘big four’. At Accenture, I’m responsible for Graduate Recruitment in Sydney and I spend my time reviewing candidate applications, conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews with our senior managers and executives. Part of my role is also attending on-campus events. Find out about campus events
Philippa Allan  Phillipa — I look after Graduate Recruitment in Melbourne. Most of my time is spent analyzing applications, speaking to candidates and conducting phone interviews. My role also requires me to promote Accenture at on-campus events. Find out about campus events
