I graduated with a BA degree in business management from Westminster University of the UK. I came back to China in 2008 and joined Accenture. I am an analyst in the BPO department, mainly responsible for the transition of new projects from customers to Accenture.

Challenges are commonplace. We often have to have meetings with colleagues and customers from many different countries in the world. However, in such a challenging and changing environment, we can put our professional skills to the best use. At the end of the day, I always have a sense of achievement and gratification.

Sports always make me feel full of energy. I do not have much time for outing, but I persist in spending one and half hours every day bicycling to work. I try to participate in all the activities organized by the club. My happiest moment comes when I spend time with my wife and two daughters after I am back home from work. Family time is the most joyful time to me.

Don't put your mind to pleasing the interviewer or giving the right answer. Be yourself. Only when you open up can you and your potential employer really get to know each other. Confidence can get you everywhere.
