All of our open positions are posted on our website and we recruit continuously throughout the year based on demand from our clients.
Who are we looking for?
We require academic degrees from all our candidates. For experienced professionals we also value your professional background and achievements, leadership and organizational skills, and experience within sales and project management. Previous experience from the consulting industry is valued but not required.
What you need to provide us
When submitting your application, you will be asked to upload your CV, personal letter and a copy of your academic transcripts. Please make sure that your CV and personal letter reflect your abilities and achievements. This will help us evaluate your skills and possible fit and potential within Accenture
Once you have completed your online profile, your documents will be screened and matched against our requirements. If you are identified as a suitable candidate, you will be asked to perform an online test and invite you in for interviews.
Interview process
Candidates with experience will be called for 3-4 interviews with both HR and consulting staff supplemented with an online test and case resolution. Throughout the process your assigned recruiter will be in touch with you for guidance and to answer any questions. We will ask for references that we can contact towards the end of the interview process.
We aim to have a fast and smooth interview process of 2-3 weeks.
