Accenture Recognized as Best Employer in Finland, 2007-2010
Accenture gained top honors in the “Best Place to Work” survey—in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010—each year the company participated. Conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, this annual study surveys people from across Finland, measuring who is most satisfied with their employers. Of the winning attributes cited by people who work here: The work is meaningful, and employees feel their contributions count, making a real difference in client outcomes. The atmosphere was noted as being “friendly” and “supportive”—another big reason why employees gave the company top scores.
