To be successful within consulting you need energy and determination to work well under pressure and meet deadlines for your clients. The variety and challenge of the Technical Architect requires you to demonstrate:
· Strong teamwork and an ability to build rapport with clients/colleagues
· Proven problem solving skills and an ability to learn quickly
· Good knowledge of Technology and latest developments in the industry
· Good communication skills
You may have this from solid experience in industry, software development or other consulting roles for major organisations and an educational background in technical subjects. You should demonstrate the training, websites, seminars and other forums where you build your technical knowledge.
To join the Oracle Systems Integration team we need people who have experience and an interest in Oracle Technologies:
· Knowledge of Unix/Linux platforms and Java based applications
· Basic Database skills: installation, SQL, management
· Solid experience with one of the related technologies such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft, Siebel, Fusion Middleware, Reporting tools or Oracle Development
You should have project lifecycle experience and the desire to progress quickly through the consulting profession. For managerial level applicants at least 5+ years of technology delivery and some evidence of leadership will be needed.
