What we're looking for IT Developers who have the ability to define and create applications that run on Mobile devices. Candidates must be able to identify and document requirement, working with business analysts and user focus groups. We need people who are at home with Xcode and the Cocoa framework as well as a good understanding of webservices and Iphone applications. Key responsibilities will include: - Gathering, analysing and documenting solution requirements using business process models, use cases and providing both functional and technical expertise
- Establishing and maintaining traceability matrix to verify requirements coverage and completeness
- Creation of IOS prototypes using Xcode and the Cocoa framework
- Development of new IOS applications against tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work within distributed development teams
Required skills, qualifications, technology experience and general experience: - Hands-on experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with good working knowledge of development and test models
- Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders of all levels
- Ideally with experience capturing and documenting requirements and use cases, business rules, requirements traceability, UML modelling, using storyboards
- Relevant IT related degree or HND preferred but not mandatory
- Financial Services experience preferred but not mandatory
- Experience of coding native IOS applications within a professional environment desired but not essential
