We have made an investment of $5.7M to develop and purchase SAP training assets such as the SAP Online Knowledge Education Content Library and Global Master Curriculum (GMC). We provide our team with the very latest GMC material on the newest technologies.

We develop and deliver internal SAP training courses and now have 25 core global boot camps to hone SAP skills.

We offer a variety of formal and informal training programmes to help you acquire and build the specialised skills you need. As well as formal training, much of your learning will take place on the job – building your experience and practical knowledge in live commercial assignments.

In the first year, all entry-level recruits attend Core Analyst School. This is an intensive, two-week training course at one of our training centres in St. Charles, outside Chicago, USA, or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You’ll learn:

	•	How to deliver quality solutions with a high degree of competence using practical tools and methods
	•	Full details of the work Accenture performs
	•	How the business works and how each group builds value for our clients
	•	Personal development skills that will help in every aspect of your career.

As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to master a core curriculum at each stage of development. The curriculum will vary, depending on your level, experience, platform deployment and specialisation. It will, however, always be designed to build your business, technology and industry expertise, together with professional skills such as leadership, communication, management, business acumen and selling.
