What I Do

---

I joined Accenture in September 2006 and was a part of the HR Team in the technology workforce where I had the opportunity to work on rewards and recognition; people connect programs, performance management and other HR processes. I was also part of a unique program the “Accenture - XLRI HR Academy”. This program gave me an opportunity to study with XLRI and work with Accenture. I completed the program and graduated in 2008.




Currently I am a part of the India Corporate Functions Human Resources Team – and work in the center initiatives people programs team. The team helps drive employee engagement, institutionalizing performance management, strengthening career management and counseling and enabling reward and recognition across the workforce.

Day In My Life

---

Typically a day in Accenture is filled with meetings, power point presentations, reports and mails. People here are very interactive and the bay is filled with excitement and noise! If I have to explain a typical day, it’s breakfast, catch up on mails, some meetings, lunch, followed by meetings, mails and of course coffee breaks!

Outside office I spend my time watching movies, catching up with friends, going for long drives, eating and sleeping.
