Application process for graduates
All of our open positions are posted on our website and we recruit continuously throughout the year based on demand from our clients. Please note that we do not conduct any graduate interviews during the summer months (July and August).
We encourage you to apply well ahead of your graduation to ensure we have the opportunity to meet and interview you.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for graduates with a good academic record with either a Masters or a Bachelor degree depending on the type of position and career path you are interested in.
When screening your application we evaluate your background and motivation through your grades in combination with extracurricular activities, work experience and other personal facts stated in your letter.
What you need to provide us
When submitting your application, you will be asked to upload your CV, personal letter, a copy of your university and high school grades certificates. . Please make sure that your CV and personal letter reflect your abilities and achievements This will help us evaluate your skills and possible fit and potential within Accenture
Once you have completed your online profile, your documents will be screened and matched against our requirements. If you are identified as a suitable candidate, you will be asked to perform an online analytical test, and these results together with your application will decide if you will be called for an interview.
Interview process
Graduate applicants who pass the first screening will be invited for an interview day at an Accenture office. At this interview we will want to know more about you as a person, but also answer your questions about careers at Accenture and what makes it such a great place to work.
The day consists of a company presentation followed by three interviews: a personal interview, a professional interview and a case interview. At the end of the day you will have the opportunity to ask questions to our recruiters.
We will get back to you with our decision the following week.
Our School Groups
Accenture's school groups are dedicated to finding new talents and future colleauges at universities across Sweden. We attend job fairs, hold company presentations and arrange case competitions and other fun events to give you the chance to get to know us better.
