Fresh graduates who join our Consulting workforce will be hired into either the Technology Analyst Consulting Group or our Management Consulting Analyst Community .
Technology Analyst Consulting Group
The Technology Analyst Consulting Group (TACG) is where most of our Consulting graduates start out. It’s a gateway to a range of opportunities that brings together training, peer group support and a diversity of live projects. Based on business requirements, you will be given different assignments to help you develop your technology skills and understanding. These experiences will equip you with the insights to deliver commercial benefits in Consulting and teach you to implement some of the world’s leading software packages such as SAP and Oracle. You will then specialize in one of our Systems Integration / Technology Consulting groups if you are successfully promoted to Consultant.
Management Consulting Analyst Community
If you join us within Management Consulting (MCAC) upon graduation, you will be part of our Analyst Community on the Management Consulting Development Program where you will, based on business requirements, be given different assignments to help you develop your core Management Consulting skills. This will create one unique experience for you and facilitate your specialization as your career progresses; moving into one of our business domains if you are awarded a promotion to Consultant.

Accenture Technology Solutions Trainee Program Opportunities
This three-month program with Accenture Technology Solutions (ATS) will help launch your career in IT. If you are a recent graduate interested in furthering your career in computer programming, the ATS Trainee Program not only offers you the chance to become an IT expert, but also empowers you to tackle career challenges ahead, by allowing you to gain exposure to new technologies like Java, J2EE, SAP and .Net. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to network and receive training alongside other IT professionals. The Solutions Workforce is responsible for delivering the architecture, applications and processes that help Accenture clients become high-performance businesses.
