Hear what some MLT/MBA JumpStart members had to say about their experiences as summer 2011 interns with Accenture Management Consulting:
I delivered value to the client by... researching and providing industry benchmarking information as a guiding principle; leveraging my background in retail - corporate and field experience; meeting deadlines and being flexible and available to meet the client needs.
Danielle Balch - Kellogg School of Business - Talent & Organization
My summer assignment was to... design and develop a model to track Corporate Finance synergies resulting from the merger of two global consultancies. Along the way I enhanced my teamwork and communication skills, and deepened my knowledge of Corporate Finance within the professional services arena.
Justin Kilgore - Fuqua School of Business - Finance & Enterprise Performance
The most interesting thing I learned about Accenture Management Consulting was... the breadth of services that Accenture provides to such a broad number of industries. Yet, the organization maintains a “small” feel as the people are all wonderfully helpful and focused on delivering value to clients.
Evan Sharp - Kellogg School of Business - Strategy
The most interesting thing I learned about Accenture Management Consulting was... we were able to reach out to subject matter experts not staffed on the project and expect the same degree of guidance and support, as if they worked on the project team.
Juan Boliver - Kelley School of Business - Operations
As a former intern and recent hire to Accenture Management Consulting it is... gratifying to reconnect with the network of people I bonded with during my internship experience. It has enriched my experiences in the development of thought capital, campus recruiting, and mentorship from senior leadership.
Talbert Thomas - Goizueta Business School - 2010 intern, 2011 employee
