Welcome UT-Austin Students

Accenture Leadership Series at The University of Texas at Austin

Discover how great you can be with leadership concepts from Accenture, an organization offering greater opportunity, greater challenge and greater satisfaction. Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company, is sponsoring a student leadership program designed specifically for high-performing students at The University of Texas at Austin.

True leaders drive their own development, pursuing every opportunity for new experiences and new challenges. They love learning and they love sharing what they know. They learn mainly by doing and, in the process of exploring what works for them, they develop a personal style that is authentically their own.

The Accenture Leadership Series will equip emerging campus leaders with proven techniques, which can be applied in everyday leadership situations and will help participants become more effective leaders at the university and within their community.

About the Series

About the Series

The series will be made up of leadership workshops held one night a week over five weeks in March and April. During the workshops hosted by Accenture, participants will hear from top executives in Accenture’s technology and management consulting practices and will be introduced to concepts and tools proven to develop successful leaders. These speakers are diverse leaders who have over 100 years of cumulative work experience amongst them. Through this unique program, participants will also have the opportunity to network and share ideas with other campus leaders as well as Accenture representatives.

Leveraging our program’s theme, “Building Your Leadership Legacy,” the Accenture Leadership Series will focus on several leadership topics and will include activities that allow participants to practice and apply the concepts. Potential topics include:

Understanding the Leadership Alignment Model
Recognizing Social Styles
