    What I Do

I am the Director for the ISIS Capability, leading more than 250 deeply skilled technology resources in the North America and Latin America Delivery Center Network (DCN). I have been at Accenture for 16 years, working out of the Chicago office, across multiple industries. I have broad Technology Infrastructure, Technical Architecture, and Application Lifecycle Management skills. As the Accenture Development Control Services (DCS) Practice lead, I also specialize in software configuration management, technical release management and environment management.

In addition to building out ISIS and DCS capabilities across the US, Canada, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico, I have been leading the development of the ADM for Infrastructure Methodology and Estimators as well as the ongoing development and maintenance of the Workbench. I also have quality assurance and subject-matter advisor responsibilities at various Accenture clients, supporting the delivery of complex software solutions. I have extensive experience working with our delivery center network and offshore resources, including those in India and Philippines.

    Diversity

I believe the secret to success is setting extremely high expectations and working hard to meet them, which I attribute to my family and culture. Accenture creates an environment where all individuals can meet their objectives, regardless of background.
