About the Accenture Student Leadership Conference

Accenture annually hosts the Student Leadership Conference (SLC) for our summer interns from across the US and Canada.

The conference provides the opportunity to explore Accenture's commitment to professional development, and will help interns hone valuable leadership skills they can apply to academics, employment and extracurricular activities. Hopefully, these skills will also help them establish a successful career. The conference provides both an educational and social environment.

The SLC allows attendees to get a closer look at Accenture and gain a better perspective of how we apply Accenture's Core Values in daily life.

I just want to thank you for all the work you put in to making SLC a great weekend. I had an amazing time and learned more than I expected to based on past experiences with leadership retreats. My experience exceeded my already lofty expectations of  Accenture, and I think you are personally responsible for much of that. Thank you.
– Bill Sterrett, Chicago
