In our local offices, employee resource groups drive initiatives and programs to support our people at the location and help them build strong networks, both within Accenture and with the broader community. Groups may be organized around a common interest: ethnicity, sexual orientation, career path, faith or religion, family arrangement or other personal beliefs or interests. Employee resource groups develop based on local demand and interest, and differ from location to location, but they all promote inclusion and diversity through education, awareness, professional and personal development and cross-cultural interactions. Meet some of the members from our Employee Resource Groups.
